Bill’s Story
Company founder Bill Bolton began his career in the shipyard and oilfield industries, learning the ins and outs of the trade as a mechanic. He took this skill set to the US Navy – and, thereafter, to a Louisiana shipyard, serving as a foreman and managing repairs for a variety of industrial and specialized shipyard equipment, and shipyard construction.
Bill founded Bolton Equipment Services in 2001 out of a small home office with one service truck and a trailer. Some of the company’s earliest customers from that first year of business continue to work with Bill and his team today. After nearly two decades of service in Southeast Louisiana, his goal remains the same:
